The recipe at the origin of the reputation of our maison : Le macaron d'Amiens, has been created by Jean Trogneux in 1898 and has remain unchanged.
We are proud to use the same artisanal fabrication technique and the same ingredients list composed of natural products only :
Valencias almonds, sugar, honey, sweet almond oil, bitter almonds and egg white.
Our master chocolatiers, recently developed a chocolate version of this macaron containing a QR code on top.
Since 2016, a new recipe has been created to honor our region : the macarons des hauts de France. This macaron is made of almonds but also Spéculoos and the sugar is replaced by brown sugar.
